Terms of Service

Welcome to CyberSentra. These Terms of Service govern all orders placed via cybersentra.link for IT security literacy services, digital learning materials and merchandise. Effective 2025.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all offerings provided by CyberSentra, including courses, coaching, digital content and physical products.

2. Services

CyberSentra offers online and in-person IT security literacy sessions. Registration is binding once payment is confirmed. Session details are provided upon confirmation.

3. Digital Products

Digital materials such as e-books, video tutorials and toolkits are delivered via download link or platform access. Access is granted after full settlement of fees.

4. Physical Goods

Merchandise such as training kits and printed manuals are shipped to the address provided by the purchaser. Delivery times vary by destination.

5. Fees and Payment

Fees are due upon purchase. Accepted methods include credit card, debit card and bank transfer. Access to services or products is activated once payment is confirmed.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 General Guidelines
Refund requests must be submitted via contact form within the timeframes outlined below. All refund requests are handled in the order received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or, if unavailable, by bank transfer to an account designated by the customer.

6.2 Services
For group IT security literacy sessions, a full refund is available if the request is received at least 7 days before the session start date. A partial refund of 50% applies if cancellation is made between 3 and 6 days before the session. No refund is available for cancellations made less than 3 days in advance. An alternative participant may attend at no additional cost.

6.3 Digital Products
Digital learning materials may be refunded within 14 days of delivery, provided there is no evidence of download or access. Once access to the digital content has been granted, no refund is available.

6.4 Physical Goods
Physical products may be sent back within 30 days of shipment. The item must be in original condition and packaging. Shipping fees for the customer's shipment of the item back to CyberSentra are the responsibility of the purchaser. Once the item arrives and passes inspection, a refund will be issued.

7. Rescheduling

Clients may request to reschedule services by contacting us via contact form at least 7 days prior to the original date. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be confirmed by CyberSentra in writing. One complimentary rescheduling per session is permitted; additional changes may incur a rebooking fee.

8. Non-Refundable Services

Certain personalized coaching sessions and custom assessments are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature. This policy is clearly noted at the point of sale. We recommend reviewing session details carefully before confirmation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, CyberSentra’s liability is limited to direct losses up to the fees paid for the specific service or product in question.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be submitted to the courts of Zurich, without recourse to ordinary appeal.
